Frequently asked questions

Small and Medium Pod:

Will require a compacted hardcore or Type 1 base with a concrete top.

Electricity supply to the pod.

Large Pod:

Will require a compacted hardcore or Type 1 base with a concrete top.

Electricity supply to the pod.

Water and drains supply to pod.

All will be plumbed to an external point.

Once delivered they will need connecting to site services by local tradesman.

Planning: Our pods don’t require planning permission, but we do suggest you check with your relevant local authority.

Delivery of our pods is via our preferred transport provider.

Cost is dependent on Postcode.

Unfortunately, at this present time we do not offer finance.

We offer a site visit where possible or if further afield we can discuss options.

Small and Medium pod we ask for 30% deposit and the final payment to be made 3 weeks prior to delivery.

Large pod we ask for 40% deposit and final payment to be made 3 weeks prior to delivery.

Deposit is non refundable once the order has been processed as materials are purchased.

If you require any additions or customisations we can discuss this further with yourself during your order process.

We build all our pods in our workshop, but we understand that for some this is not an option and will need to be built on site.

We will look at the feasibility of being able to do this for you.
